Comments on: From Arnold Mooney’s recent shot of the old CP station in Blyth, I had to dig up this old photo of mine. I first came to Blyth around Christmas of 2001…and dragged my poor brother in tow. The station was saved, and moved to the south end of town on London Road (Hwy. 4). It became a Liquidation Store as part of the Old Mill complex. Although I haven’t been back to Blyth in about 13 years, I am hoping this building is still enjoying it’s quiet retirement in decent condition. http://www.railpictures.ca The BEST Canadian photos on the Internet, eh? It would be a great home. Similar instance that did become a home....and very similar in design....is the old CP Alliston station. Railway photographer James Brown owns it.
