<title>Comments on: GEXR meets OSR in Waterloo? It happened. Goderich and Exeter local No. 584 is returning from Elmira passing &#8220;Tar Baby&#8221; who was leased to the Waterloo Central in the summer of 2007 for their operations. Here she rests in the siding, coupled to WCR&#8217;s mix of passenger equipment next to the &#8220;new&#8221; Waterloo station built for the upstart Waterloo-St Jacob&#8217;s Railway a decade prior. To say this area has undergone a major facelift, would be an understatement. The WCR hasn&#8217;t been based out of Waterloo in years, relocating their base up the line to St Jacob&#8217;s after the ION light rail project moved in, forever changing this scene.</title>
