		<description>9/11 brought lots more security to the canal as well. I&#039;ve seen this bridge get crossed lots of times since then, but I don&#039;t suggest it at all. The seaway people tend to get pissy about it.</description>

		<description>Boy, does this shot bring back memories?  You betcha?  I&#039;d like to have a dollar for every time I crossed the trestles at Lock 4 on my way to or back from the area where the third Welland Canal was located.  Apparently - today - thanks to the no-good-niks amongst us, it is very difficult to access Lock 4, and that area where the third Welland Canal once was.</description>
