Comments on: Hanging out with “The Egg”, “The Frenchman” and “The Foamductor” one day at the infamous Bartlett Avenue crossing along CP’s North Toronto Sub (where shenanigans were known to happen, from time to time) yielded a good number of trains, and quite a few with the then-populous CP SD9043MAC units. My friend Chris informed he was driving the camo schemed unit from Wolverton and I promptly met him there where he gave a horn blast. Another time I met a fellow female railfan who promptly bought us a case of beer at the local craft brewery and pizza. And then another time a bunch of kids were there, lawn chairs and everything. One of them said to me "I'm a railfan, do you have a problem with that?". Lots of characters at Bartlett! I loved that crossing.
