		<description>Thanks, yes most of the time they were trailing position, most of the foreign power from that era trailed but its fair share would lead as well, a lot of the foreign power was swapped out at Sarnia but some did go east. A lot of foreign power had to be wyed at Sarnia to have a proper lead unit, pretty sure crews complained heavily and that era ended.</description>
