Comments on: Here’s the view riding aboard a TTC PCC streetcar along St. Clair Avenue West one summer morning. Our unknown car is paused to load at Wychwood Avenue before heading westbound on St. Clair and climbing the grade on the approach to the lights at Christie Street. Coming towards us is an eastbound 4500-series A8-Class PCC, seen through the signature right-side arched window of our car. The A8′s were the last new TTC PCC’s purchased and had symmetrical windows, as opposed to most of the other all-electric PCC’s that featured an arched front right window.
