Even in 1995 three CNNA painted GE&#039;s would have sent the masses trackside as they were all assigned to the west and rarely ventured to Toronto let alone east of there. However, it did happen very occasionally. Even at that time 5400&#039;s and 5500&#039;s were very scarce around here.</description>
