<title>Comments on: High nose GEEP 4209 has the greenlight (Signal 190) to cross the Welland Canal Bridge #20. The unit had set off a series of covered hoppers at the Goderich Elevator (Port Colborne Grain Terminal) and was returning light to the CN Nickel Yard. After the Elm Street spur to Robin Hood was removed in 1983/84, CN removed their Port Colborne Road Switcher and all plants on the East and South West side of town were switched by GP9&#8242;s out of Niagara Falls. The Lift Bridge was manned 24/7 for the 9 1/2 month shipping season, and high operating costs were the driving factor to remove Bridge 20 and Thorold South Bridge 10 tin 1997. The 1925 Port Colborne station was boarded up in 1984 after the Road Switcher and Freight Car services were ended. The east portion of the station served for a period of time as Trilliums HQ, and the center houses the popular Smokin Buddha restaurant.</title>
