	<title>Comments on: &#8220;Hooping&#8221; orders was once such a common sight in railroading, and apparently it is still needed even in today&#8217;s modern world. A westbound local briefly stops at Woodstock, while the daily Ontario Southland run switches cars at the interchange. The mix of multiple generations of EMD locomotives here was also a nice change from the countless number of GE locomotives that usually pass through town.</title>
