Comments on: Hunchback Conrail C39-8 unit CR 6015 was waiting outside the Symington Diesel Shop on the east side of Winnipeg. In the background is GMD-1 CN 1177. A standard cab CN SD40 is on the adjacent track. The C39-8 cab looks oddly squashed, it was re-styled for the later C40-8. I was surprised at the number of different Conrail units I got clear pictures of that week visiting Winnipeg; four C40-8W, three C39-8, three SD40-2, two SD45-2.
