Comments on: I always enjoyed catching the Oakville-Aldershot transfer jobs, and at this date there were still no locals assigned to Aldershot if I recall correctly. This usually meant catching a few freights on the mainly passenger train section of the Oakville subdivision. I spent a lot of time on the old station platform back then and the junction was a nice place to spend a few free hours on a Saturday. Unfortunately not really the case today.
