When they uncoupled from the train to pick up some cars of plastic tubing, I saw my chance to get a decent shot of 4001, which I wanted because it was still lettered for Lakeland & Waterways, and only had been in the east about 6 months. Split second decision to scurry up someone’s fire escape on the main drag to get this overview. Disappointed I could not squeeze in the cab unit, but I accepted the balance I got. When in doubt, climb something !!
