		<description>CP used to store a lot of grain loads at Banff for westbounds to pick up to fill out tonnage. In this case, perhaps it&#039;s just a crew that had a really bad trip and ran out of hours before getting very far. Or possibly work on Kicking Horse pass; problems in the tunnels or further west so everything was stopped and tied up while whatever was broken was fixed ....or re-railed.</description>
