<title>Comments on: I have always had an interest in the Owen Sound subdivision. I so wish I could have railfanned it in its heyday or at least photograph a train north of Orangeville. Unfortunately I have to settle for the shots I have of it being dismantled. My father has many childhood memories of the line especially trips to Orangeville and Harrison to visit family. When I heard CP was pushing to rid itself of the line I knew I had to do my part and at least capture a few images of what remained before it too was gone. In the last year&#8217;s I spent some time in Streetsville and Brampton trying to chase the train north to Orangeville when time allowed. A few time I was lucky enough to follow them and watch the switch in Orangeville before heading south often in the evening. This day I caught up with the short train and it&#8217;s two GP9U&#8217;S just after finishing in the yard. From here the train went to work the few remaining customers in an industrial park on the northwest side of town. The line side poles certainly give the line a true branchline feel.</title>
