	<title>Comments on: I have no idea why I was in Quesnel on the date of the photograph! Probably something to do with the federal building. The picture was taken near the station, &amp; what I liked about it is the three local natives working in and on BCR 603. Time wise it was early evening. The locomotive had my favorite paint job &amp; the three workers just put the icing on the cake. Usually I never saw a BCR engineer at work, but in this case even he had his head out the cab window. Often wonder what they thought of us train nuts taking their pictures.  Their are many places in Canada were you would never get this close yard activities but but in Quesnel you could easily take photographs without putting anyone in danger.</title>
