Comments on: I posted this meeting of four different CP SD70ACu paint schemes at Wolverton from 2020 and here’s a different kind of meet – in 2005 I got to Wolverton just in time for an Intermodal to meet an eastbound manifest. Pairs of soo painted units were common, and junk leasers were on many trains including the train in the siding. Lots to stare at, and this was well before any activity happened to build the yard now located here.

The westbound with the SOOs could be 153 or 159 if it was mostly intermodal. Pairs of SOOs were commonplace on those trains, especially 159. The eastbound could be 138 if it was all racks. Good times for railfanning that's for sure!
