Comments on: I think one of the things I miss most about my visits to Kitchener, is the late night visits to the old CN station. Even if there wasn’t any activity going on there was more then enough opportunities to photograph the slumbering local power, not to mention the station and old Krug furniture factory providing a great backdrop. It is hard to believe it has been four years since I took this photo and sadly not only does the GEXR no longer operate here but CN has disconnected at least one of the stub tracks here. Unfortunately CN no longer stores power at the station, instead it is deep in private property within the yard.
