Comments on: I thought this an odd sight. CN 4523 with CN MLW S-4 switchers (S-7?) 8171, 8164 and 8167 heading eastward thru Bayview one morning. The series 8163-8195 were being retired ‘en masse’ around this time, and it got me wondering if these three units were on their “last run”…and heading to Mac Yard.
