	<title>Comments on: I thought this an odd sight.  CN 4523 with CN MLW S-4 switchers (S-7?) 8171, 8164 and 8167 heading eastward thru Bayview one morning.   The series 8163-8195 were being retired &#8216;en masse&#8217; around this time, and it got me wondering if these three units were on their &#8220;last run&#8221;&#8230;and heading to Mac Yard.  I recall many of them working Hamilton yard at one time but slowly being replaced.</title>

Definitely could be a light power move. The MLW&#039;s don&#039;t look like they are MU capable so they would have the brakes cut out and moved like a box car and also speed restricted.</description>
