I don&#8217;t know, for certain, why CP was sending these trains west with so many engines. Perhaps it had something to do this the construction at Kicking Horse and Rogers Passes. The grade-reduction projects were nearly (?) complete at Kicking Horse, but on-going at Rogers.</title>
