<title>Comments on: I was on my way to Niagara to do some exploring there, and had my scanner on just in case. As I neared, I heard CP 143 talking to CN RTC about getting clearance for the Stamford Sub. RTC told them that 538 (which looks like it was 2009 solo) was having locomotive issues and 564 was on their way to help. 143 was first held on the connecting track at Brookfield Road while 564 made its way over to 538 which was somewhere between Robbins East and Duff. After it had passed, 143 then got clearance onto the Stamford and held on the siding as 564 (I assume it was now 564?) made its way to Port Robinson. You can just see the tail end of 143 through the flurries in this shot.</title>
