Comments on: I was very intrigued by the unveiling of the “new” VIA 6539 at Salford, Ontario. (Thank you, Mr. Host) and got to wondering if I had ever seen this unit back in the day. Did manage to come up with this image from summer 1978, showing VIA 6539 leading 6623 coming eastbound off the Dundas hill toward Bayview.
