Comments on: I’ll be home for Christmas.< /b> On a typical Southern Ontario Christmas Eve (sunny skies and no snow!), we see CN 435 rolling through Tansley. Its 1352 and no doubt the London crew is eager to get home to their families. Although not the newest or most powerful units on the railway, CN 5611, IC 6072 and GTW 5944 will have no trouble getting the train over the road. The railway is entering the Christmas shutdown, away from home crews are heading home with trains operating early. It will be a ‘Silent Night’ as CN shuts down almost all of their operations to allow their employees to spend Christmas with their families. Come mid-afternoon on Christmas day, things will slowly ramp up with normal operations resuming on boxing day.

Yep. Looks like it'll be another green Christmas this year. Is the white tank car the end of the train?
