Comments on: I’m assuming this is a Hamilton to Brantford local, even though it is powered by Geeps I used to see hanging out at Fort Erie. The 4560 and 4521 are seen westbound about mile 4, Dundas Sub. That is the Sydenham Rd bridge in the background. The image was captured from high above in that old Canada Crushed Stone structure that ferried crushed rock over the track to the stockpiles on the south side. Long gone.

Mr. Mooney, on Sunday the peak was pretty packed and plenty of foot traffic below where I was. Still peaceful at times though.

Thanks, Paul. I’ve not wandered that area in the past year or so on a nice day and wondered how busy it is with foot traffic. Last time I was at “The Peak” there was enough people to fill a subway car. Wilderness…NOT!

Yes, thb401, I have shot a couple of eastbounds off the Sydenham bridge, but they are difficult. Not so much the angle, but the road traffic. Good place to get run over. ) Thanks for positive comments, guys.
