	<title>Comments on: I&#8217;m standing just to the west of Strachan Av when it used to be a level crossing and still sported the Watchman&#8217;s Tower (as seen on the extreme right) catching the Canadian leaving Union in the early afternoon. Rather long train. I can see in the photo a dozen cars, including the Steam Jenny. It is the second year of VIA and CP 1413, acquired by VIA in 1978 along with the-now VIA 1961 (x-CP) and both were retired not long after.</title>
