Yes, this is from the highway bridge. I suspect that today’s traffic might make this a more sobering experience.

I take it you are on the TCH bridge. A long time ago (1978) I attempted that same-angle shot and was too flippin’ slow. I blew it. That is a great location and of course a great image.
