Comments on: In 1992, CP began leasing several GATX SD40-2’s painted in both blue and yellow from GATX Capital Corporation. They were leased by the railway for several years and were eventually re-lettered as GSCX. Once CP was done leasing them, many were sent back to the US to continue their leasing duties on other roads. Here GATX 7372 is pictured at CP’s Toronto yard diesel shop awaiting its next assignment.
