<title>Comments on: In my opinion and others, this is a truly rare image. In all the the BCR photos I have seen in print and websites I have not seen any thing similar with L&amp;HR units leading on BC Rail in their original paint. Unfortunately it was a dull drab day and Kodak Instamatic was not up to the task.

L&amp;HR 25 leading train #48 a few miles south of Chetwynd, perhaps around mile 649.5. L&amp;HR 25 &amp; 26 were bought by BC Rail and eventually repainted in &#8220;two tone green&#8221; and renumbered 631 &amp; 632. I never did see L&amp;HR 26 in it&#8217;s original colors. It was a cloudy afternoon and another one of those Kodak Instamatic moments some 46 years ago.</title>
