<title>Comments on: In the early 2000&#8242;s Burlington West was still a nice place to hang out without being bothered, and the old station was still a good photo prop as it waited to be repurposed. Thankfully it was saved and moved a block away and is now a well looked after museum. It wasn&#8217;t uncommon for the locals between Oakville and Aldershot to be held here for higher priority trains and this day was an example of that as 550 waits for a light to head west. It was a nice September day and the crew has headed to the the front porch to take in the nice weather. The lead unit still wears &#8220;AR Illinois&#8221; lettering from a tv production shoot a few years earlier.</title>
