Comments on: In the mid-90s; there were 25 Lease Management System units (LMSX) on lease to CN. Numbers 715-739. In 2001 CN took 728-739 on long-term lease, renumbered them into IC 2455-2466, and purchased them Oct 31/12, save for 2464, which was lost in a wreck. For a while, these bright blue Dash-8s were relatively common, but to get a pair of them up front was not. Here we see from the ‘Point’ at Hamilton West railfans lookout, on a most pleasant April mid-day, LMS 734, 738 and CN 9560 rolling eastward.

I saw one trailing in Markham,ON. this past summer. I didn't realize how hard they were to catch until now, wish I'd had my camera with me.....

I only saw those twice back in the mid 90's. GE's were extremely rare over here, and from I heard not set up to lead in Canada. If I did see one, it was trailing.
