Comments on: In the village of Blyth there is an old railroad station which seems like it is in the middle of nowhere as far as stations go. It is. The last train ran on the old London, Huron & Bruce Railroad back in April of 1941. The trains used to operate from London thru Clinton, Blyth to Wingham. From the day I shot this image, the line had been 40 years gone, and the track and most all reminders that there had actually been a railroad thru here had pretty much vanished. Citizens of Blyth so loved the little station that they purchased it for nostalgic reasons. It sat empty for many years but now, in 1981, it has became a residence, and still is to this day.
