<title>Comments on: In the year 1964, CN&#8217;s facilities in Hamilton received a major modernization, with the construction of a new Diesel shop and Express building/Carload Centre. In this view from early 1964, we see the Great Western era steam facilities which were demolished later that spring; beyond the roundhouse you can see the old Yardmaster&#8217;s tower. Visible in the photo are two MLW S4 locomotives (8163 and an unidentified unit), two SW1200RS units (1316 and another unit), and RS18 3677.</title>
