<title>Comments on: In Victoria, about half a mile short of mile zero on the E&amp;N mainline, CP had a spur from its main yard down to serve harbourfront industries and to connect to Island Tug &amp; Barge’s Lime Bay interchange barge slip to and from U. S. rail connections. With me on graveyard shift responsible for setting out the unit for the 0600 yard crew, that put me in prime position to know and to catch an unusual assignment of a Baldwin roadswitcher, CP 8004, instead of the usual MLW S-3, switching those industries early in the morning on Saturday 1973-02-03.</title>
