Comments on: Interesting assortment of locomotives on this Toronto-bound train notching up as it hits Lundys Lane (Hwy 20) in the Falls after just leaving Port Robinson. There is CN 2328 (M-636), 3223 (C-424), 9635 (GP40-2L(W), and 4505 with 4580, a pair of GP9s. And no autos or truck traffic to spoil the photo. This was shot with Fuji 100 ISO (or ASA, as referred to back then)film, using a Pentax K1000. time is taking its’ toll on these old negatives.

Appreciate the comment(s). Joe; the K1000 was the favourite of the majority of us, it seems. Simple to use, little could go wrong, and it made photography a lot of fun. I still have mine as well. Previously I had a Pentax KX, which was a notch better in theory, but in reality nothing beat the K1000.
