<title>Comments on: It’s hard to believe it’s already that time of year again, but always nice to get out and see any decorated holiday trains. The plan was originally to visit the Aberfoyle &amp; St. Jacobs model train layout that is sadly being dismantled in a couple of weeks, then catch Waterloo Central’s Santa train at 2:30. Unfortunately we were too late to visit the layout but at least caught the Santa train. Even under miserable lighting conditions a nicely restored GMD1 is a beautiful sight. I have cross paths with GMD1 1012 many times in the past as number 1437 and it is nice to have one of these old veterans beautifully restored not so far away.</title>
