	<title>Comments on: It always frustrated me when the thrice-weekly C&amp;O would show in Niagara Falls so late in the day. Already the train is in dark shadow running thru most of the Falls area, and I wasn&#8217;t quite able to freeze this shot. With the old film camera this might have been taken at 60th sec and 2.8. But at least I got it. The power for this westbound C&amp;O is 4394 and 4404. Tracks, of course, are long gone (2001) and the Tower is now is lost in a conglomeration of new high rise hotels and the like.</title>
