There had to be some sort of ‘office’ there, since there was this electric motor controlled train order signal in place. Note behind it the platform for the Operator to hoop up train orders, and attached to the signal base is the case housing relays and batteries. Station used to stand was in similar design architecturally as CN's Mount Forest station. I have seen older photos of it....but nothing in its 'last days ' state.
