Comments on: It is a sea of green as lush foliage begins to really come into form in this mid-May photo taken at the base of Dundas Peak some years back. And the straight SD40s look nice. Too bad they are long gone from the roster. This image of CN 5036 and 5076 west I thought would make a St. Paddys Day “green” offering but I plum forgot about it. Oh well. Only a day late.

That’s a nice Spring (season) shot Mr. M, but not really a Saint Paddy type green. It does remind us, though, as we wait out the last few dull days of late winter, of what lies ahead in a few short weeks. So, thanks for posting this cheerful photo.

Its hard to believe those CN SD40′s are all gone as CN had the largest fleet. 241 of them! Glad to see some of them rebuilt and still in use.
