<title>Comments on: It is so unfortunate that today so many one time open and easily accessible locations are now filled in or completely closed off. While Georgetown is still shootable it is certainly not the location it once was. Nevertheless the beautiful old station still from time to time calls for a visit, especially considering the history it holds. For me it is also the place where many early railfan memories were made. Here CN 148 stays ahead of the increasing cloud cover as it passes onlookers at the old station. Still an active GO transit/VIA station, one can only imagine the stories its walls could tell.</title>
