<title>Comments on: It would be hard to find a time when CP 136 had been so clean. Under a glistening coat of black paint, and with sharp freshly done lettering, CP 136 was loaned back to CP for a few days in 1980 to star in some Company television commercials. The location of this one is the Bolton station, which even saw landscaping and a spruce up with fresh paint.
136 and her train were moved around by diesel, and the steam locomotive was never actually fired up. Smoke and steam were done with special effects and as we see in this shot, there was a little too much fuel in the stack for a short time.</title>
