Comments on: It’s been two years since Trillium abandoned the Cayuga spur and in this scene the crew has gone for coffee while the train idles before continuing to Tillsonburg. For a brief, and very brief moment, the sun came out and I was able to capture this scene. Who knows how long it will be until this line is active again? Cross your fingers, in the last few months this line went from ‘likely to be abandoned’ to ‘likely to be saved’ once again.

Peel the time machine back a further 20-30 plus years, this was NS/N&W/Wabash territory with up to four mainline freights each way.. powered by London built FP7′s..

To be a stickler, they were F7's and not dual-service FP7's.

Is IGPC, the Ethanol plant in Aylmer, being serviced by rail? It was only a few Years old when Trillium pulled the plug.
