<title>Comments on: It&#8217;s hard to believe how the time has gone, but over 34 years ago, the F40PH was introduced to the public and press at Toronto Union Station. In sparkling fresh paint, VIA 6400 and 6401, recently out of the GMD production plant in London, make there way into Union Station for the official unveiling. Behind the two units are a diner and Park Car which will be used to entertain invited guests.</title>
