<title>Comments on: Its official, on December 20, 2012, Genesee &amp; Wyoming announced that they had received U.S. Surface Transportation Board approval to control RailAmerica railroads. This will be a welcome change to the Southern Ontario Railway. The blue/white RaiLink scheme was always a favourite of mine, but with only RLK 3873 left in service in faded RaiLink colours, a matched pair of locomotives in the Genesee &amp; Wyoming corporate orange/black scheme is something to look forward to in the new year.</title>
