	<title>Comments on: Just off the assembly line, Southern Pacific SD70M 9803 is viewed gleaming fresh as its being lifted by a westbound at CP’s Quebec Street yard in London, Ontario. SP 9803 was part of a 25 unit order that was manufactured at GMDD’s London plant during June-August 1994. Also coupled to the SP unit was Burlington Northern SD70MAC 9460, which left the GMDD facility in primer for the US.</title>

		<description>These units had a clear coat issue. Paint went foggy and they were sent back to  GMD who sent them to a firm near Brantford to be repainted With new paint the SP scheme was nice!</description>
