Comments on: KCS 4803 leads train #650 away from Dougall Ave., in Windsor, Ontario on July 18, 2017. The KCS unit came over the Border as the trailing unit, but the CP GE had traction motor issues and they swapped the power around to my benefit. Nice to finally catch one of these “Belles” on the point of a train here.
