<title>Comments on: Last of class Canadian National M-636 2339 powers past Bayview Jct. accompanied by MLW cousin M-420(W) 2563. During 1970, 1971 CN acquired a total of forty (Nos. 2300 -2339) of MLW’s highest horsepower production six motor locomotive. No. 2339 would soldier on until 1995 and be retired. Hope there are no rolled down windows in the open style autoracks. If so, the salesman will have a difficult time explaining why the new car smell has been replaced by the smell of brake shoes!</title>
