Comments on: Late winter scene at TH&B Chatham Street engine tracks. Apparently the coaling tower has a continuing role, supplying locomotive sand. RS-18 CP 8790 is the only MLW visible, coupled with 4 of the remaining TH&B GP7 locos. Looks like TH&B 75 at the other end is being re-fueled. Multimark SD40-2 units CP 5736, 5733, and 5907 are two tracks over. There are 2 TH&B switchers in the picture, the one further away has its headlight on.

Finding the more distant TH&B switcher is a bit like playing “Where’s Waldo”.
Shortcut is to begin at the multimark of CP 8790, follow the black post above/behind it to the cross-pipe – and there it is under the pipe on the left.
