Comments on: Leaves sure do not show much change as we are into the second week of October. It is a windy and warm, almost summer-like, morning as the Budds make their way eastbound past the old Dundas station. I had just been returning from a walk up to the Canada Crushed Stone buildings when I happened to see this train in the distance coming down the long grade from Copetown. The RDCs are 6129, 6000 and 6212.

I remember one evening when the ever vigilant Train Order Operator at Dundas saved a young child's life. An extra west Passenger train of RDC units swiftly and quietly approached Dundas Station and the Operator dashed out the station door and swept the child out of harms way of the approaching train.
