No, that is not ONT 107 in the second link.
From what I can find, the van in the second link on display in Timmins appears to be ONT 96. It was stored on private property in Powassan, ON and subsequently donated to the town of Timmins.
I provided the second link to answer Mr. Steinman’s inquiry about any of these old ONR cabooses being preserved.

Holy smokes, this is 2004, in your 409820 link it takes us to 2012 where the 107 has no cupola, Yikes! In the second link, is that the 107 (in 2020) in a nearly done restoration? No number on the cab in the photo, sure looks like the 107 though. The ONR in Color book says these were built by NSC, sometime around 1940.
