<title>Comments on: More Montreal electrics: 6714 and 6715 (built in 1913 for the Canadian Northern Railway by GE at their Canadian General Electric plant in Peterborough ON) handle a Deux-Montagnes line commuter train at Val Royal station. Teamed up with the Z4a &#8220;English Electrics&#8221;, the Z5a &#8220;steeplecabs&#8221; and the electric MU cars, they handled much of CN&#8217;s electric lines commuter work until retirement in 1995.

Both units have been preserved today in museums: CN 6714 currently resides at the Connecticut Trolley Museum, and 6715 currently resides at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Ottawa.</title>
