Comments on: More than twenty years ago during a much simpler time and prior to the creation of the light rail network, Waterloo-St. Jacobs Railway (WSJR) 6508 leads a northbound excursion through Waterloo Park on the CN Waterloo Spur. The WSJR was a heritage/tourist railway that operated between Waterloo and St. Jacobs, Ontario from 1997 to 1999 on the CN Waterloo Spur utilizing FP9u’s 6508 and 6520. It was OSR's purchase of this unit that made it possible for WCRA to afford the moving costs to get 6520 to BC.
